We now offer a rapid trenchless response for long and complex pipe sections, without any need for in-pipe diagnostics. Our solution avoids the need for pipe draining, milling or any other type of internal pipe prepping. Our minimally invasive approach creates immediate value.
When traditional trenchless relining and coating solutions were first introduced, they carried a powerful message of low disruption. Following its maturity, the industry has since been segmented according to category. Now a new trenchless category is being introduced into the market, which takes trenchless leak repairs in pressure pipes to a whole new level. A central tenet of its approach is that leak repair need not be such an onerous experience for non-potable commercial and industrial piping.

When Steve Palmer saw the trenchless relining trend developing, he saw opportunity. An industry veteran and master plumber, Palmer made a career out of starting and developing plumbing companies for others. While managing a plumbing department for a large company, he decided to add lining and coating services, and in just a few years, that work was surpassing the plumbing side. When the owners were ready to take full management, Palmer decided to embrace this specialty niche, this time for himself. He approached a larger firm, Upchurch Cos., with his idea, and they backed his venture. Palmer is now general manager of Lining & Coating Solutions, which has quickly gained a reputation for quality workmanship and a willingness to take on rehabilitation jobs that other contractors shy away from.
The pipe on the left side of your screen is a 3″ cast iron pipe that had been corroded and broken in several places. We de-scaled and relined this broken pipeline. This pipeline was approximately 80′ in length and was installed on a 6 unit condo. We relined this pipeline with our cured in place pipelining system and the pipe will carry a 25-year warranty making it a better than new pipe solution. All of this work was performed without excavation. All tenants in the condo were able to carry on their day-to-day living without any interruption to their daily routine while the pipe repair was being made.
